Beginner's guide
How to Play Snoop Dogg Dollars - Rules & Paytable Guide
Start on the 6×8 Cluster Pays grid: Dig-Up symbols, Cell Multipliers, and the controls you need before your first spin - no paylines, no diagonal wins, just connected clusters and cascading refills.
Quick start: your first spin
Work through the five steps below in order - each matches what you see on screen during a real session. Run them in the free demo first; the mechanics are easier to read when you are not watching your balance.
-
Set your bet size
Open the stake controls and pick a bet between £0.25 and £25. The total stake applies to the whole 6×8 grid - there are no separate paylines to adjust. On a first visit, start toward the lower end so you can observe several Dig-Up sequences and cascade chains without burning through your session too quickly.
-
Understand the cluster grid
Wins form when five or more matching symbols connect horizontally or vertically. Diagonal connections do not count - this is Cluster Pays, not Megaways or line-based play. The grid holds 48 symbols at once, so multiple clusters can hit on a single spin. After any win, those symbols disappear and new ones drop from above.
-
Press Spin and follow the cascade
Tap or click Spin. If a cluster wins, watch the sequence: winning symbols vanish, Dig-Up drops Scatter, Wild, Weed, or Skull icons onto the empty cells, then Refilling Reels fill the gaps. The chain repeats until no new cluster forms. Cell Multiplier badges (×2, ×4, ×6…) appear on cells that have already contributed to a win - keep an eye on them.
-
Open the paytable for symbol values
Press the paytable button to see payout multiples for cluster sizes from five symbols upward. Low-tier icons pay smaller amounts but land frequently; the Wild substitutes for regular symbols and carries the highest cluster values. Scatter symbols do not need to be in a cluster - three or more anywhere on the grid trigger Free Spins.
-
Practice in the demo before real play
The free demo includes Dig-Up, Free Spins, Snoop Spin (20× per spin), and all four Bonus Buy tiers - use it to learn what each Dig-Up icon does without spending real money. When you are comfortable reading the grid, you can move to a licensed casino for real-money play.
Paytable & symbol values
All payouts are multiples of your total bet and scale with cluster size - the more connected symbols, the higher the return. Values below come from the published BGaming paytable. Cell Multipliers and Sticky Wild multipliers apply on top of these base figures when those mechanics are active on the winning cells.
| Symbol | 5 cluster | 6 cluster | 7 cluster | 8 cluster | 10 cluster | 12 cluster |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | 0.2× | 0.3× | 0.5× | 0.8× | 1.5× | 3× |
| | 0.3× | 0.5× | 0.8× | 1.2× | 2× | 4× |
| | 0.5× | 0.8× | 1.2× | 2× | 4× | 8× |
| | 1× | 1.5× | 2.5× | 4× | 8× | 15× |
| | 2× | 3× | 5× | 8× | 15× | 30× |
Game controls explained
The Snoop Dogg Dollars interface follows the standard BGaming HTML5 layout with a few game-specific additions on the left side of the grid. Every control below is available in the free demo.
-
Bet size
Adjust your stake with the plus and minus buttons. Range is £0.25 to £25 per spin. Your bet also scales the cost of Snoop Spin (20×) and any Bonus Buy purchase.
-
Autoplay
Set a spin count and optional loss or single-win stop limits before the reels run automatically. Useful once you understand cascade timing, but easy to misread Dig-Up events at speed.
-
Turbo spin
Speeds up reel and cascade animations. Handy for experienced players; beginners should leave it off until they can identify Scatter Dig-Ups and multiplier badges during refills.
-
Paytable button
Opens the in-game payout table with cluster-size values, Wild rules, Scatter trigger thresholds, and Dig-Up icon explanations.
-
Sound
Toggles the hip-hop soundtrack and Snoop Dogg voiceover lines. Muting audio does not affect spin outcomes - only your immersion.
Rules & win conditions
Snoop Dogg Dollars pays on clusters, not paylines. Five or more identical symbols must connect horizontally or vertically on the 6×8 grid - diagonal links do not qualify. Only one payout applies per cluster; overlapping clusters of different symbols each pay separately. After any win, the Refilling Reels mechanic removes winning symbols, runs Dig-Up on empty cells, and drops new symbols until no further cluster forms. Wild symbols substitute for all regular paying symbols. Scatter symbols trigger Free Spins when three or more land in a single spin, whether they appear organically or through Dig-Up. Cell Multipliers on individual grid positions increase by +2 each time that cell is part of a winning cluster, capping at ×10 per cell in the base game. All active Cell Multipliers carry into Free Spins and continue stacking. The published RTP is 96.00% with very high volatility - most sessions include frequent small hits (33.33% hit rate) but rare large payouts, with Free Spins triggering on average once every 321 spins.
Common beginner mistakes
-
Looking for diagonal wins - only horizontal and vertical connections count on this grid.
-
Ignoring Dig-Up icons on empty cells after a cascade - a Scatter Dig-Up is your path to Free Spins even when the initial cluster looked insignificant.
-
Toggling Snoop Spin without registering the 20× cost per spin - it stays active until you switch it off.
-
Missing Cell Multiplier badges (×2, ×4, ×6) on the grid - these cells pay far more when the next cluster lands on them.
-
Enabling turbo spin before you can read cascade chains - Dig-Up events and multiplier updates are easy to skip at high animation speed.
